Welcome to the Berks County Graffiti Abatement Program website. This site is intended for Township, City or Borough Officials and or Law Enforcement to report graffiti. Here you will find all of the information you need to draft an Anti-Graffiti Ordinance, as well as Permission to Remove documentation, and other  information for the prompt efficient removal of Graffiti Vandalism. Mission Statement

To address the emerging problem caused by graffiti vandalism in our community and to help sustain a high quality of life for Berks County Residents.

  • The Graffiti Abatement Project is designed to identify places damaged by graffiti vandalism, eradicate the damage in a timely manner and make all efforts to prevent its reoccurrence.
  • The goal of this initiative will include educating the public and business community regarding the damage created by this problem and the benefits of having this program to the community as well as assisting local police in their crime fighting efforts.
